Try to avoid eating foods and drinking sodas from a can. Be sure to never bite your nails. Your fingernails are some of the dirtiest parts of the body and contain many toxins that will make you sick.
These things alone do not cause intestinal Candida but they can contribute to it and make it worse. If you want to be as healthy as possible and avoid Candida overgrowth whenever you can, try to avoid these things as much as you can.
